theshots.ai provides information, consultation, sales support, onboarding, training, creative production, and workflow services relating to AI tools, including Magnific.
Service scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, payment terms, and other conditions will be specified in the relevant quotation, proposal, or service agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the specific written agreement will apply.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Product features, credits, pricing, availability, and platform conditions may be changed by the relevant provider. The Shots.ai is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
Customers using Magnific must also comply with the current Magnific Terms of Use and any applicable product-specific conditions.
4. Orders, Payments and Cancellations
Prices and payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Late payment may delay access, delivery, or support

Subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions follow the applicable quotation and platform provider’s terms

Fees already incurred or services already delivered are non-refundable, except where required by law
5. Use of AI-Generated Content
Use of Magnific, including submitted materials and AI-generated outputs, is subject to the applicable Magnific Terms of Use, AI Products Terms, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Customers should ensure that materials submitted to the platform may be lawfully used and review AI-generated outputs before publication or commercial use. Where relevant, additional permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, personal likeness, property, music, or other third-party rights may be required.
AI-generated outputs may vary, may not be exclusive, and similar results may be generated for other users. Any usage rights, warranties, protections, or limitations relating to Magnific and its outputs will be determined by Magnific’s current terms and the customer’s applicable subscription plan.
theshots.ai provides local consultation, onboarding, and support but does not modify or provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by Magnific or agreed separately in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Content created for and published on this website—including text, graphics, branding, layouts, images, videos, and design elements—is owned by or used with permission by The Shots.ai and its respective rights holders.
Magnific, Freepik, their products, trademarks, platform content, licensed assets, and AI-generated outputs remain subject to the applicable Magnific Terms of Use, product-specific terms, and subscription conditions.
Ownership and usage rights relating to customer projects or deliverables will be determined by the relevant quotation, service agreement, and applicable third-party platform terms.
7. Website Information
The information on this website is provided to introduce our services and help customers explore available solutions. We use reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but product features, pricing, credits, availability, and platform conditions may change.
For Magnific products and services, the current information and terms published by Magnific will apply. Specific commercial terms provided in an accepted quotation, proposal, or written agreement will take precedence over general website information.

8. Service Availability and Liability
THESHOTS.AI uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, consultation, onboarding, training, and customer support.
Magnific and other third-party platforms operate under their own terms and technical environments. Their features, performance, availability, AI-generated outputs, credits, and service conditions may be updated, interrupted, or changed by the relevant provider.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, theshots.ai is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control or for warranties, protections, or obligations that belong to a third-party provider. Any rights or remedies relating directly to Magnific products will be determined by the applicable Magnific terms and subscription plan.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or that have been expressly agreed in writing.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Where customers access Magnific or another third-party platform, that provider’s privacy policy and data-processing terms will also apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any matter relating specifically to Magnific or another third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s applicable terms and jurisdiction.
